After three years as a sponsor of the National Diversity Awards, Able Magazine has again signed up for 2016 and is looking forward to another great year of celebrating the achievements of disabled people within the other strands of diversity.

TV Star, Brian Dowling and ITV News Presenter, Charlene White hosted the UK’s Largest Diversity Awards in September 2015, where role models and charities were honoured at the breathtaking Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, rewarding Britain’s most inspirational people for their fight against inequality.

Able Magazine were there on the night to give out the award for Disability Role Model to young photographer, Oliver Hellowell, who has Downs Syndrome.

Speaking about the renewal of the partnership, Able Magazine editor, Tom Jamison said: “We’re delighted to again be part of what has become a true highlight of the diversity calendar.

If you’re looking for inspiration, look no further than the National Diversity Awards. The nominees and the winners bring together great causes, incredible organisations and outstanding individuals. Paul Sesay and his team deliver a superb evening of celebration backed up by a strong message that whoever you are, achievement and success are within your grasp.

I can’t wait to meet the nominees on the night and be a part of the show again.”
