This November care providers in the South are invited to attend Care Roadshow Brighton taking place at Brighton Racecourse on Tuesday 18 November.  Bringing together a variety of exhibitors along with seminars and workshops from industry experts, the show will give visitors a burst of inspiration to help enhance the lives of those in their care.

The event will be open from 9.30am until 3pm; entry, seminars, workshop and parking are all free of charge, visitors simply need to register for their ticket.  There’s also the chance for one lucky visitor to win a £100 cash prize draw at the show.

The exhibition offers the perfect opportunity for those looking for new tools to help improve on their care setting.  Meet providers of the latest products and services specifically for the sector, talk face to face to find out how their products could benefit your resident’s lifestyles and help your setting run as efficiently as possible. Test out products at the event and take advantage of special show offers, discounts and competitions on the day.

Staying on top of changes in legislation and current ideas within the industry can be very time consuming.  Visit the 30 minute seminar sessions taking place throughout the day from experts including Pauline Cameron from the Dementia Services Development Centre,

Sheila Scott, Chief Executive at the National Care Association and Gale Stirling from the CQC.  These sessions are free to attend and aim to give you up-to-date information whilst making the most of your day away from your work place.

Throughout the day there will also be interactive exercise workshops from Oomph designed for the elderly to help increase their mobility, social interaction and mental stimulation.  Join in and take back some new ideas for your team to help enrich the lives of your residents.  And if all this wasn’t enough, the event is the perfect place to catch up with contacts over a coffee and share your ideas for the year ahead.
