We’re coming towards the end of a successful summer that has seen over 200 people attend para-cycling sessions at British Cycling’s five disability hubs across the country.

With even more quality coaching opportunities on offer throughout September, why not come along and see what is on offer? The growth in British Cycling membership has led to a demand for an increase in the number of opportunities to get involved in cycling at all levels.

British Cycling’s Disability Hubs provide the opportunity for disabled riders to get involved in cycling in safe, traffic-free environments.

Para-cycling sessions are delivered by qualified British Cycling coaches and provide the perfect opportunity for riders with a disability to develop their cycling skills, keep fit and have fun. The monthly coaching sessions are suitable for riders of any ability, with individual support offered to promote progression so that cyclists can take their first steps on the Great Britain Para-cycling Rider Route.

Sessions are taking place at five locations throughout September.
