The Stroke Association is UK’s leading charity changing the world for people affected by stroke.

We’re changing the world for people affected by stroke.  We work with stroke survivors and their families and carers; with professionals; and with our supporters to prevent stroke and ensure people make the best recovery possible. We’re for life after stroke

Stroke strikes every three and a half minutes in the UK. The condition kills more women than breast cancer and more men than prostate cancer. That’s why we campaign to improve stroke care, and fund ground-breaking research to give hope to families affected by stroke, now and in the future. Together we can conquer stroke, but we can’t do it on our own. We need vital funds to help ensure all those touched by stroke get the help they need.
