Australia’s Kieren Modra set a new Games Record of 71.641 in this qualifying heat of the B2 Sprint Tandem.

The other teams to qualify were Scotland’s Neil Fachie (still pumped from last nights Gold win) in second with 70.498, Welshman Matthew Ellis with 69.170 in third and in fourth qualifying spot was  Australia’s Paul Kennedy with 67.969.

Sadly, James Brown from Northern Ireland missed the cut with 63.124.
