Evolve 21 is the first inclusive exercise app for people of all abilities. Challenge yourself for 7 minutes a day for 21 days and fundraise for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.

Children with disabilities are 3x more likely to be left out of social activities & 80% are bullied each year. The Cerebral Palsy Foundation (CPF) is doing something about it.

CPF’s Just Say Hi in the Schools program encourages the larger school community to consider disability as a critical aspect of diversity. CPF has embedded an inclusion curriculum in over 50 NYC schools and has taught over 100,000 students to breakdown stereotypes about disabilities, use inclusive language, and create welcoming environments. Help CPF expand the program across the country.

Take the Evolve21 Challenge on Aug 1st & fundraise to change what’s possible for people with disabilities!

The app includes the following:

Cardio – Get your heart rate up and strengthen your core with Pro Nike Trainer Isabelle Derond.

Yoga – Practice Yoga postures with an emphasis on breath and mindful awareness.

Meditation – Gain greater control of your emotions, strengthen your mind and ability to focus

Fundraise – Recruit your friends and family to cheer you on and raise money for CPF! Learn more at evolve21.org

About Evolve21

Evolve21’s trainers represent individuals with different physical abilities because everyone deserves a personalized wellness routine that works for their body. No two days are the same. Choose your own wellness adventure and navigate between fitness, meditation and yoga routines.

“By simply calling something diverse without placing resources into those values claims the playing is level without giving people with disabilities the opportunity to point out that it’s not. Leveling the playing field takes resources to undo a society that forgot an entire community from the start.” –Jessy Yates, Trainer
