Need Advice and HELP!!

Hi Everyone,

May I first wish everyone a Happy New Year 2012!!

I am at a loss, I feel as if I have no one supporting me and helping me in anyway.

Let me give a little history,
I am a 37 year old woman with many Complex Medical Problems that both cripple me and also causes me to have certain attacks which is very dangerous, I did have 24hr care but the Agencies Nurse explained to my Social Worker that it would be best if I had a Shift Pattern in place since my condition seems to be mentally draining on the Carers. The problem their was it cost more to put in place and the wonderful Social Services would not give any extra funding. So i had block hours and a full day out which kept me independent and free.
Today after I had a new Care Assessment done My funding was cut dramatically and I only get 1hr 45mins a day basically two calls and no day out since I am not allowed to be on my own for one or even go out!!. I have taken this further to the Ombudsman and waiting to be allocated a worker. Phew that is that done in short words.

What I need is some help with finding either a Solicitor, Human Rights Lawyer or a representative for Disabled People in Suffolk, since I have another meeting on the 10th with my Care Provider and Social Worker + Boss, who seem to suddenly go on about "Health and Safety" for the carers but not myself since this bungalow is a death trap and I am living in bedroom and mainly bed-bound unless their is a carer present then I am in my chair for a few minutes since they have to do a lot of personal care and needs within the time limit that has been given.
The last visit did not go down so well, and I lost my temper which raised my stress and blood pressure levels and then had a Pain Spike like an earthquake mixed in with a Narcoleptic Sleep attack. I can not believe that this is happening and I don`t understand why this is taking place since at the end of this Month I am moving into a new bungalow built to accommodate someone in a wheelchair, I`ve picked out the kitchen bathroom designs and colours. The council seem to be spending money on me as they have decorated- unfortunately painted in neutral colours with a little hint of colour-something to do with a new build and now I have to pick Vinyl Flooring for the living area`s, I am so grateful for the council for doing this and the vinyl flooring isn`t cheap and very thick. So I feel that they are going to be doing another risk assessment when I move in without the clutter that is in two of my rooms at the moment, since the cut of care it has become a prison.

So if anyone can help, I've been told to tell my full story to the press as "Care" is in the news a lot but I do not want to interfere with the Ombudsman case at the moment.

I would love to go out, just for a few hours! *sigh*
