Make a date in your diary – the countdown is on for this year’s Independent Living Scotland, Scotland’s premier disability and independent living lifestyle event taking place from the 5th – 6th October at Glasgow’s SECC.

So, what’s new for 2016?

Independent Living Scotland in 2016 will be even bigger with over 100 exhibitors and thousands of new products on display! We’re introducing exciting new features – don’t miss the new Sensory Garden, an inspirational area showcasing the joy of indoor and outdoor gardens and the benefits gained for all involved. Experience just some of the challenges of living with dementia with a visit to the Virtual Dementia Tour Bus and, meet the Guide Dogs Team to understand the difference these incredible dogs can make. Plus, for healthcare professionals, free CPD-accredited seminars focusing on the issues at the heart of your career will add an extra dimension of knowledge-sharing and learning to your visit.

Independent Living Scotland’s industry experts provide information, support and after-sales care for the hundreds of products on display. It’s the perfect place to try before you buy, compare the best product to suit your needs, and hear from others on those products that have made a difference to them. You’ll also have the chance to meet with leading charities and associations for the very best advice.
