Care Roadshows are heading to Liverpool this May, returning to the fantastic venue of Aintree Racecourse on the 10th.  The event will offer visitors the perfect opportunity to meet and network with other care home owners, managers and healthcare professionals whilst picking up the latest ideas and information from leaders within the care sector.

The seminar programme at this free event will include speakers from the CQC talking about the current issues facing the care sector and updates about the CQC.  George McNamara, Head of Policy and Public Affairs at Alzheimer’s Society will be talking at the show with a session on ‘Delivering Integrated Dementia Care’. Sheila Scott from the National Care Association will also be leading a seminar along with Ed Watkinson from Quality Compliance Systems.

A visitor from last year’s event in Liverpool said “It was brilliant and I managed to get loads of information relevant to me and my role as a Dementia Trainer. It was certainly well organised and the talks were very interesting.” All visitors are automatically entered into a prize draw to win £100 at each show, making this a jam packed event not to be missed.

Headline sponsors Quality Compliance Systems will be available at the shows to meet with and discuss how their services can help you deliver great care whilst meeting compliance and quality assurance standards with ease. Joining them will be a mix of exhibitors such as Boots, CLINIdirect, Citation and Vivark to offer advice and key information on how they can help your care setting blossom this Spring.

Care Roadshows will also be visiting Birmingham in July, Cardiff in October and London in November. Visit the Care Roadshows website for the latest news and updates about the upcoming events and to register for tickets for you and your colleagues www.careroadshows.co.uk.
