With summer fast approaching, Adapted Vehicle Hire has continued to grow their fleet of wheelchair accessible and adapted vehicles. The new range of cars and vans have been brought in to better suit customer needs and help them get out and about this summer.
The six new additions to the fleet include the Honda CRV Automatic, Honda Jazz, Hyundai i30, Citroen Berlingo Blaze, Peugeot Boxer with 2 wheelchair positions and the Fiat Doblo with both automatic and manual drive.
Many of these vehicles can be adjusted, with additions highly valued by the disabled community for extra comfort and ease. These adaptions include: left foot accelerators, Push and Pull hand controls, IFR steering ball and easy release handbrakes.
If customers are planning a trip abroad this summer, they can also take adapted vehicles from Adapted Vehicle Hire with them when they travel. Cars and vans can be collected and delivered from across the UK and airport locations, reducing holiday planning stress.
