Roger Belson obituary

My friend Roger Belson, who has died after a heart attack aged 62, was a man of outstanding achievements. A car accident in 1989 left him severely paralysed, but his courage and sense of duty enabled him to play an active part in the Oxfordshire community over many years. Roger was born in Southsea, Hampshire, and educated at Worth school, West Sussex.
