Many wheelchair users wanting to purchase a motorhome do not realise that VAT exemption is available on wheelchair accessible motorhomes provided the customer meets the eligibility criteria set out by the HMRC.
Since the rules were updated to include greater clarity last year, Brook Miller Mobility have extended their range of wheelchair accessible vehicles to include a great range of wheelchair accessible motorhomes: The Liberation range.
This means that eligible customers may be able to purchase a highly customised motorhome with all the specific adaptions required to meet the individual user’s needs, adapted and converted within the Brook Miller Mobility workshop at a greatly reduced cost when the VAT element of the purchase is removed.
