The Independence model is a pushchair designed for children aged 5-10 years old, with additional needs, with a maximum weight limit of 7 stone (45kg) (although it is convertible for certain children that are slightly
older).
The robust but lightweight pushchair has 16-inch wheels and is recommended for families that want to retain an active lifestyle and enjoy ‘non-demanding’ off-road activities in say, woodlands, moorlands or beaches.
For children requiring postural support you can use a seat insert with the Independence, or if not, it is supplied with a lambskin comfort liner and rain cover.
Other features include: reclining seat with simple angle adjustment by rear strap as well as a five-point adjustable height harness and adjustable crotch strap. Naturally, there’s a running brake and park brake and it folds down very easily.
