At the core of our company ethos is the need to support our residents to lead their lives as independently as possible, with dignity and choice.

It’s of paramount importance to us that our residents seek new and varied opportunities, learn new skills and take part in brand new experiences. One of the most important aspects of care is the ability to ensure our residents live fulfilling, enriching and enjoyable lives and are not limited by their conditions or level of capability.

We have a total of 20 homes throughout the East of England; with four of these specialising in providing care to adults with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and/or autism spectrum disorder. Westfield House Care Home and Drummonds Residential Home were both finalists in the Learning Disability and Autism Awards 2021, being shortlisted out of hundreds of nominations.

All of our 20 homes rated Good or Outstanding with the CQC, with some of our specialist services listed below featuring Outstanding lines in the CQC Key Lines of Enquiry. It is important to us that the wonderful residents living within our services get to experience everything life has to offer; we never want living in care to feel prescriptive or limiting. We empower our residents through regular meetings and use their ideas and interests to inform everything about the care we provide from our activity schedules; menu and snack options, and bespoke care plans as unique as each of our residents.

We believe that we are providing a home to our residents. It’s about comfort and atmosphere; the ability to relax and unwind, enjoy time in communal areas with friends and loved ones, or enjoy personal time in your bedroom which is fully equipped for your needs and decorated to your taste. We believe wholeheartedly in the person-centred approach to care and feel that this is something that truly makes each of our beautiful services feel like home for our residents.

We can never replace home, but that should never stop us trying…
