The monocoque construction has suspension qualities without loss of performance meaning that it’s a very energy efficient manual wheelchair. In fact CarbonBlack plan to conduct scientific studies that they think will show it to be the best around. The monostem has a purposely stripped down design that shows more of you and less of the chair, although this isn’t at the expense of comfort or manoeuvrability.
CarbonBlack II caries all of the ambition of the original version, and more but this time is at a much more mainstream price point.
