Due to a lack of representation in the industry, this year the scheme is targeted at people with disabilities and those from BAME backgrounds.
The scheme provides a 12 month contract to work at one of the independent production companies who produce some of Channel 4’s award winning content, as well as a great training package to ensure each participant is well prepared for a continuing career in the industry.
