Cheshire development sets new standard for supported living
12 luxury apartments for vulnerable adults are now complete and ready to welcome tenants in Halton, Cheshire.
Signature House is an exciting new development by Bryan Developments which offers a new premium standard of accommodation for vulnerable adults with learning, mental health, and physical disabilities.
Situated on Widnes Road in Halton, Cheshire, there are now only four one-bed apartments remaining for rent on the luxury development.
Delivered by Fawley Construction, the spacious 52 sq. m. properties are finished to a very high standard, with special features including full assisted technology, wet rooms, induction hobs, and SKY TV. The homes are all fully furnished with exclusive interior design by Elaine Cunningham Design Studio.
Tenants will also benefit from an on-site 24 hour care provider, as well as a full double security entry system with CCTV.
Signature House has been developed in cooperation with Halton Borough Council and Halton Clinical Consulting Group (CCG), to support the wider measures which are being taken across Halton to provide the best living environments for vulnerable and disabled adults.
Dave Sweeney, deputy chief officer at CCG, says: “My role is to make sure that we’re on the curve when it comes to transformation and that the people of Halton get the benefit of that. Our collaboration with the local authority in their Healthy New Towns bid, which we were successful in, means that we’ve got some major opportunities in the area of Halton to do something really quite special.
“My draw is to focus on the more vulnerable in the local community and give those clients the opportunity to live as rich a life as possible, so Signature House was a great opportunity to do something within that framework. What’s evident in this development is that Bryan Developments truly understand their customer base. That’s what really caught my attention in this development.”
Director of Bryan Developments, Rob Bryan, says: “Signature House is an extremely important development which offers a new standard of luxury living for vulnerable adults who have ongoing care needs. It is so important that there is a high standard of housing stock which caters for those with specific requirements who wish to live independently in a property for life.
“With the support of Halton Borough Council and Halton Clinical Commissioning Group, the new development provides integrated housing, health and social care provision for residents and has created a new community for the local area. The homes have been incredibly well received so far and I have been delighted and uplifted by the reaction of the tenants who we will shortly be welcoming into their homes.”
