The free call back service is staffed by Complete Care Shop’s in-house Occupational Therapists, reflecting the professional expertise within the company.

The launch of the dedicated Expert Advice Service follows a year where COVID-19 has placed acute pressure on the NHS and health and social care services. Complete Care Shop’s Expert Advice Service puts customers in touch with a qualified Occupational Therapist who can discuss needs relating to ageing, disability or illness and recommend a fit-for-purpose product that can create a positive impact on a person’s independent living experience.  

Complete Care Shop’s Clinical Services Director Rachel Seabrook says: “As occupational therapists, we often give advice about products and equipment, and can suggest ways of doing daily tasks that people may not have considered.  By discussing specific needs with customers, for example living with particular disabilities, conditions or struggling with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and personal care, we can help them choose the right product to help make their life easier.”

The launch of the Expert Advice Service coincides with the company’s new branding and website that aims to improve the customer experience, product advice, and support and offers customers the reassurance that they are making the right choice first time at competitive prices with fast delivery and easy returns.    

Following extensive customer feedback and testing, Complete Care Shop has upgraded the website to improve the browsing and shopping experience and now offers more than 9,000 products including personal care, mobility, and daily living aids.   

According to Managing Director of Complete Care Shop, Neal Jones, the new website significantly improves the customer experience from browsing to basket.  “Together with the new Expert Advice Service we can help match up the individual to their environment and their need.  This is all part of our commitment to giving customers even more confidence when buying with us, ensuring that they buy the right products, first time,” he says.
