The cushioned footbed protects against impact that can annoy joints, not just in feet but also in the ankles and knees. The design utilises a deep cavity that helps to keep the shoes light, flexible and incredibly comfortable.
Taking the comfort factor above and beyond being merely practical, is the cushioned textile lining and seam-free toe area that will be a huge benefit to people with sensitive feet. Additionally, premium leather and nubuck have been used throughout, adding a luxurious velvety quality to the shoes, with surprising durability.
A zip fastening means that once the shoelaces are adjusted, the shoes are easy to slip on and off – adding to the serene experience of wearing them.
The shoes come in a 6E width fitting – specially designed for people with extra wide or swollen feet. The laces make them adjustable for width but the zip makes them quick and easy to put on and take off. The comfort footbed can be removed to fit an orthotic, and the shoes are diabetic-friendly. They are available VAT-free for people with a chronic medical condition.
