Are you looking for advice about independence or continuing to drive for yourself a friend or family member? This is the perfect opportunity to find out more.

On Friday 9 October 2015 from 10am-3pm QEF is holding its first ‘Seniors Day’ where older people and their families and carers can find out more about how QEF and other specially invited exhibitors can offer advice, services and equipment to help with day-to-day living and staying on the road safely.

There are free wheelchair and mobility assessments and training on accessible vehicles and advice for older drivers.

Additionally there will be demonstrations of, and opportunities to buy, daily living aids and assistive technology. The local police will also be there to offer advice on any concerns attendees may have.

There is no need to book if you would just like to attend, but driving and mobility assessments have limited availability and must be booked in advance.
