Trust Rugby International specialise in breaking down the barriers to participation by using the sport of rugby as a vehicle for social change. They play ‘unified’ rugby – which brings people with and without a disability together to train and play rugby. They currently have 6 regions nationwide with weekly training sessions as well as monthly (or as close to) fixtures.

They’re currently recruiting players, volunteers and staff to aid in their development within all areas.

See the training timetable below:

Ayrshire – Monday – 7-8pm @ Grange Campus, Kilmarnock
Glasgow – Tuesday – 6.30-7.30pm @ Langside Campus
Edinburgh – Wednesday – 7-8.30pm @ Corstorphine Cougars, Union Park
Fife – Wednesday – 7.30-9pm @ Duffus Park, Coupar
Caledonia – Sunday – Minis & Micros – 10.30am-12pm @ Fraserburgh RFC.
Seniors – 2-3.30pm @ Garioch RFC, Inverurie

They are also holding a free taster session for community groups/organisations where coaches can come out and deliver one of our their rugby ball classes. They pride themselves on their ability to personalise and individualise their coaching for the individual regardless of ability. Their sessions can be delivered indoors or out.
