We’re at the beginning of our journey when it comes to disability, and while we haven’t always got it right, we’re committed to better understanding the ways we can create safe and accessible spaces for people with disabilities, both visible and invisible.

Our restaurants are equipped with facilities such as induction loops and removable benches, and we’ve just relaunched our large print and braille menus to embed accessibility across the whole guest experience. 

Regarding training for our teams, we have a disability awareness course that everyone completes, and also a mental health first aid training programme; both with the aim of equipping our teams with the knowledge to support guests and teams with physical and neuro disabilities.

We’ve just committed to being a disability confident employer and are excited to continue developing our restaurants and our teams so we can be the most inclusive place for everyone.
