Winter Wonderland will be open on 22nd November 2018 from 4-10pm for a special public preview. From 23rd November 2018 until 6th January 2019 we will be open every day from 10am – 10pm, except Christmas Day. It’s not just Santa that needs a rest on Christmas Day!

We’ve got loads in store for you this year and we think it’s going to be the best year yet! We’ve got lots of new attractions including Peter Pan on Ice, Teletubbies Christmas Show, Ice Sculpting Workshops, and our very own Comedy Club but let’s not forget our returning favourites, including an even bigger ice rink, jaw-dropping acts in the Circus MegaDome and so much more.

With free entry to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, come immerse yourself in the most magical festive spectacular in London.

At Winter Wonderland we have a number of pre-bookable attractions that will give you the full festive experience:

Many of our attractions are pre-bookable when booking tickets for these attractions it would help for us to know of any access requirements in advance. This will allow us to provide the correct facilities for our visitors. We may not be able to best deal with any requests which are not arranged in advance.

Wheelchairs can be accommodated on all our bookable attractions. However, some of the attractions are limited to the amount of wheelchairs that can be accommodated at any one time.

Personal Assistant (PA) Scheme

We offer Personal Assistant tickets for guests that require assistance. These are available for all our pre-bookable attractions which include: Ice Rink, Magical Ice Kingdom, Bar Hutte, Bar Ice, The Giant Wheel, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk, Teletubbies Christmas show, Peter Pan on Ice, the Snowman Experience, Stand-up comedy Ice Sculpting workshops (drinks are not included as part of a PA ticket at Bar Ice).

PA’s on rides and ride access

Complimentary PA access on rides is at the discretion of the Ride Operator. Please note disability access on rides is dependent of the type of disability. A detailed guide to each ride will be available to download here:

Disabled Parking

Pay & Display parking is available on West Carriage Drive and in car parks at either end of Serpentine Bridge. However, we recommend that visitors avoid coming by car as there are limited places.

Disabled badge holders and motorcyclists park free of charge but are subject to 4 hour maximum stay Monday to Saturday. After 6.30pm the 4 hour maximum no longer applies.

Toilets

Accessible toilets are available at all eight of our toilet blocks throughout the site. All our major toilet blocks also have separate baby change rooms. We also have a Changing Places unit at the North of the site adjacent to Santa Land. All facilities are on the map and are well signposted.
