The Special Olympics Summer Games 2013 are coming up at the end of August and the folks from Special Olympics GB are spreading the word about the games by getting you involved in their #1BigSmile campaign on Facebook and Twitter.
People all over the country are showing their smiles, just like the lovely people from St John's Ambulance pictured above, who will also be supporting the Games in Bath.
