At Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT), diversity is not merely acknowledged, it is celebrated. Our aim is to ensure that equality is threaded into everything we do. We firmly believe that all individuals, regardless of their background, deserve to access our services or work in our organisation.

Commitment
Our commitment to be inclusive and equal extends to anyone and everyone. We proudly embrace service users and staff from all walks of life, regardless of race, disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, age, religion or belief. We will make every effort to eliminate discrimination and reduce inequality.

Support
To help support our staff, we have set up a series of staff network groups which offer a safe and supported space for people with protected characteristics and allies to share their views. The groups increase feelings of belonging and involvement for staff, allowing opportunities for celebration and raising awareness.

Wellbeing
We understand how important personal health and wellbeing is to our staff and we’re proud to have our own staff wellbeing service. The team can offer assessment, intervention and support across a wide range of conditions at any point during your career. We will always be there to support you because we know that if staff are healthy and feeling well, they are better able to care for patients, service users, carers and families.

We currently have a number of clinical and non-clinical roles available, so if you’re seeking a rewarding career where you’re truly valued for just being you, visit: www.lpft.nhs.uk/work-for-us/routes-careers
