The Motability Scheme will be hosting an online Facebook version of its One Big Day events on Thursday 10 September. Having cancelled all physical One Big Day events this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the online version, hosted on the Motability Scheme Facebook Page (Facebook.com/Motability) will feature useful information about the Scheme as well as interactive Q&As with Scheme experts.
The Facebook-hosted One Big Day offers disabled people and their families a great way to find out more about leasing a car, WAV, powered wheelchair or scooter through the Scheme’s worry-free leasing package. Facebook fans can look forward to a series of interactive content including videos and photos, Q&As with Scheme experts, plus fun competitions – the full line-up for the day will be shared soon.

“One Big Day Online will give our Facebook fans the opportunity to find out all they need to know about the Scheme with information about how to join, links to the wide range of the cars, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles, scooters and powered wheelchairs available to lease, and information on adaptations too. Scheme experts will also share information and answer questions, and there’ll be some fun too, with Billy the Bear making a digital appearance.
“We were incredibly disappointed to have to cancel the 2020 programme of One Big Day events, but we’re excited to be bringing a version of the events to our customers online via Facebook. We really hope we can be back with our One Big Day events in 2021.”
