Naidex will be returning to the NEC Birmingham on the 25th & 26th April for its 44th installment, with official media partner Able Magazine hosting the Naidex Best In Show Award – a feature that recognises the foremost products and services across the care, rehab, disability and independent living sectors. It might be a handheld gadget, mobility aid or motoring product; Able will be reviewing them and marking on four criteria:
– Value for money – price aside, do customers get what they pay for?
– Functionality – comfort, ease of design, reliability and maintenance
– Form/styling/desirability – does the product ‘look the business’?
– Innovation – does it offer an improved solution for a particular challenge?
Entries will be reviewed at Naidex and given a ‘Star rating’. Each criteria will be marked out of five, with an overall product score derived from the average of those scores.
This is a real opportunity for product manufacturers and distributors to gain a trusted and well-regarded validation of their product, promoted within the UK’s favourite disability lifestyle magazine.
