The iCare shower can be controlled from outside of the shower unit via Bluetooth with either a wireless remote control or iPhone app. Setting the flow and temperature from across the room or even from your bed means that there’s less fiddling around and less chance of slipping or falling perhaps as the result of being splashed (and shocked) with either hot or cold water. The controls are nicely grouped together and include raised tactile symbols for hot/cold and flow, particularly useful for people with visual impairment.
Even so, the wall-mounted unit itself has push-button controls and audible/LED illuminated indicators for a safer and more convenient showering experience. (3-year warranty.)
