Revitalise is a charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of disabled people and carers through the provision of innovative, uncompromising breaks that go way beyond traditional concepts of respite care.

The charity provides around 5,000 weeks of accessible breaks each year, with 70% of its guests returning year after year for a unique holiday experience.

A jaunt in a light aircraft perhaps? For any other respite provider, the idea of taking its guests on such ambitious outings would be unthinkable. For Revitalise, it is routine.

At its core, Revitalise provides high quality, affordable breaks with 24-hour on-call nursing care at the charity’s three accessible centres in Essex, Southampton and Southport. But it is the wide variety of opportunities and experiences that Revitalise also provides that really sets the charity apart.

Carefully selected activities and excursions, designed to stimulate and inspire, enable the charity’s guests to regain their vitality and confidence. As recent guest Sally-Ann Burden put it:
