We’ve created a designated page on our careers website, to reassure all candidates that we can support them during their recruitment journey. Our Early Careers Team has produced an FAQ sheet, drop-in sessions and video guidance, all of which is available to anyone who would like to feel prepared and able to present themselves to the best of their ability along their journey. We’ve also launched a clever tool that creates a digitally inclusive candidate journey by allowing users to customise the content in a way that works best for them – so they can change the font size, colours, employ an e-reader or a reading guide ruler.
