The conference will play host to over 100 stakeholders and thought leaders from across the employment support and housing sectors and seeks to provide theoretical and practical examples of integrated services that are better preparing people for long-term and sustainable employment; creating vibrant working communities. The conference will address some of the key challenges for housing association tenants getting into work, and for those already in work to progress. This will include consideration of in-work support and progression routes, the role of secure housing and rents, commissioned employment services support, the role of the charitable sector, Universal Credit and ‘behaviour change’ practices to support sustainable livelihoods, and tenancies.
