Investing
We’re investing in our talent and their skills for the future through apprenticeships and we’ve also had great success with our in-house Career Pathways programmes – offering learning, advice, mentoring and progression. 

Creating an open and inclusive culture is really important to us. We have several employee networks that are run by colleagues, for colleagues. Last year, we launched our Ability network to encourage people with non-visible and physical disabilities to come into the workplace, develop and thrive. 

Since launch, we have created strategic partnerships with organisations such as Steady Chefs, West Lea and Ambitious about Autism. This work complements our ‘Social Partner Hub’, which supports candidates who are facing barriers to entry into the job market, for example by ensuring that the hiring process is inclusive and caters to the needs of each applicant.
